bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - bsnl ed bgba nit no 12 providing repair and maintenance of 7tr high precision ac units in cntx equipment room 6th floor ntb bengaluru; hvac; service provider - replacement of outdoor condenser unit fan motor suitable for existing 7tr high precision ac units suitable for operation on 230v 1 phase ac supply including transportation dismantling the faulty fan motor fixing connecting with existing wires testing and commissioning etc as required (sidwal) , conducting standing pressure test of 7tr hpac unit by charging nitrogen gas in to the system for minimum 24 hours, arresting leakage in the system, brazing, wherever required, vaccumizing with 2 stage rotary pump, supplying and charging of refrigerant gas and charging with r410/407/r22 or suitable gas for achieving the required suction pressure to deliver required tonnage testing and commissioning etc as required , supplying and topping up of refrigerant gas to suit the existing hpac units, for achieving the required suction pressure to deliver required tonnage testing and commissioning etc as required , replacement of compressor of 7tr capacity, suitable for existing high precision ac unit of m/s sidwal make, including dismantling the faulty compressor, fixing and installation of new compressor, conducting of pressure testing by charging nitrogen gas in to the system for minimum 24 hours, arresting leakage in the system, if any and vaccumizing with 2 stage rotary pump supply of refrigerant gas and charging with r410/407/r22 or suitable gas to match the existing system, for achieving the required suction pressure to deliver required tonnage testing and commissioning etc as required (m/s danfoss hcp109t4lc6 or m/s copeland make zr108kce-tfd-522 or similar superior make) make and model to be got approved by the engineer-in-charge) (unit sidwal-3) , providing servicing of 7tr hpac unit by complete cleaning of the evaporator coil, return air filters, condensate drip tray, checking the drain water arrangement, arresting leakage of water from indoor unit if any, checking the control panel & controller i/c cleaning of condenser coil with suitable cleaning agent, arranging consumables, testing the hpac after servicing etc complete as required , replacement of expansion valve suitable for 7tr high precision ac unit including removing of faulty valve, fixing of new expansion valve, testing, etc as required (make and model shall be suitable for existing pac and model to be got approved by the engineer incharge) (unit4 sidwal) , attending electrical fault in existing 7tr precision ac unit by checking the complete wiring, tracing the fault, replacing the burnt wiring, reconnections, checking the controllers, resetting the parameters, testing etc complete as required (unit 2 sidwal)
