bids are invited for annual maintenance service-air conditioner - all inclusive annual comprehensive maintenance contract of existing vrv/vrf air conditioning system of various capacities of voltas make comprising all indoor units (idus), outdoor units (odus), refrigerant copper piping, insulation, drain piping, axial fans, power cabling between idus & odus and all allied accessories including carrying out monthly visit for preventive maintenance visits by trained service engineers of oem / oems authorized service provider / specialized agency for servicing, checking, testing, cleaning, gas pressure monitoring, tightening of electrical connections, calibration, lubrication and maintenance of all components as per oem standards by providing all necessary tools & plants, consumables and comprehensive replacement / repair of all defective parts / spares including attending breakdown complaints as and when required for keeping the complete system in satisfactory working condition as per specifications and instructions of engineer-in-charge.
