tender for repairing and overhauling of gear box assembly, agitator and scrapper unit and other allied works of mechanical flocculator (mf no. 1, 3 and 6) of wtp-i (10 mgd) at padmapukur under howrah municipal corporation. - 1 taking out and removing silt from the bottom of well after bailing out water, removing moss and weed from the well surface (by wire brush) and disinfecting the well complete.(i) well depth 9 metre to 12 metre (g) dia of well 2.85 m to 3 m 2 supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned bellow as per direction including cost of materials, machinaries, manpower, cutting, machining, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, consumables,carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification ( without painting) 3 base frame (ms) (item no. i) 4 shaft /pin with key ways made of ss-304 (item no.v) 5 plumber block / pillow blocl/ bearing housing (fg 400) (item no.vi) 6 coupling (mat: c45) (item no. vii) 7 sheve/pulley(cs) (item no. xiv) 8 bush(gm) (item no. xvi) 9 self alaigning ball bearing (s.k.f) for shaft size= 70 mm dia ( 1214 etn-9) (item no. xviii,d) 10 gear and pinion ( forged steel)(item no. xxi) 11 oiling greasing of hoisting gear boxes ( for rope drun and chain hoist) ofregulator gates of canal/rivers by cleaning, checking,greasing /lubricating the gears, plummer bocks, bearings, manual driveetc including all charges of man and materials which include oiling greasing refilling of gear oil excluding supply of gear oil and grease and fixing of damaged oil seals & missing nuts & biltsetc complete as per direction of eic.( gear oil and grease provided extra) 12 servicing/ overhauling of driving motor 2 hp/ 3 hp, heat burnishing to achive desire ir value with all rectifisations/ replcement of damaged bearings, alignment checking, connections and terminal wires as per the desired standard and to the satisfaction of e.i.c. 13 rewinding with approved quality super enamel copper winding wire of standardguage as provided by motor manufacturer including slot insulation as per indianelectrical rules, shouldering the cable joints properly, taping with 660 v. gradewater proof tape, making new loop terminals heating and vernishing with e classgolden vernish (jhonson & nicolson make) so as to develop original rated rpm,supplying all necessary materials as mentioned above and reassemblying themotor (a) 3 h.p./5 h.p. 3 phase, 410-440 votls, 50 hz, 2/4 pole induction motor(i) supply of super enamelled dual coated copper wire conforming is 13730,1996, part 13 (18 swg to 22 swg). required max. weight of super enamelledcopper wire is given as:for crompton/ngef/sabar/anil venus etc. - 3.6 kgs 14 (ii) labour charge for rewinding, soldering, heat varnishing, bearing changing,reassemling etc. including supply of all materials excluding bearing as mentioned above complete in all respect as per direction of e.i.c 15 add:gst @ 18% 16 add: lwc @ 1% 17 less: scrap value @2% for sl item no. 2 (i to viii)&@8% for sl item no.5 will be deducted from the final tendered amount.
