bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - bsnl exchange; electrical system or installation; service provider - filtration of transformer oil (naphthenic oil / paraffinic oil) in the existing 01 no. 100kva onan transformer including testing of oil before and after filtration in the presence of sde(e) and issue of test certificate. filteration i/c dehumidification of oil under vacuum and heat treatment, removal of all suspended particles like dust, rust, sludges including arranging for shutdown of transformer with suitable man power and renting & transportation of filtration kit/machine, finally testing the oil to withstand die-electric strength of 60 kv for one minute with an air gap of 2.5 mm etc., as required. , topping up transformer oil (naphthenic oil / paraffinic oil) with new tested through the filteration kit to transformer. the level of oil will be the level marked in the conservator tank, however the quantity will be decided at site as per the instruction of the engineer-in-charge as required. , supplying and filling of silica gel in the existing breather of 100kva transformer i/c dismantling the breather and removing of the old gel and filling with new one after cleaning the container and fixing etc., as required. , dismantling and removing of faulty lt cable of size 3 1/2 x 95sqmm by cutting with hacksaw blade and disconnection the cable at the feeder pillar end i/c opening of the cable end terminal box of the lt side of the transformer etc., as required. , replacement of faulty ht terminal bushing of all phases of the transformer i/c dismantling the faulty bushes, cleaning the ht side terminals and providing new bushes with gaskets, washers nuts etc., as required. (make: bescom approved make) , laying of existing 2runs of 3/12 mx 50sqmm lt cable of 1.1mv grade of 2x10metres length on surface from transformer lt side to outdoor feeder pillar box i/c dismantling and removing the existing cable from the exchange premises i/c cutting, checking by meggering, providing suitable aluminium lugs on both ends, crimping, connecting testing etc., as required. , arranging mobile dg set as power backup due to bescom power supplly failure and low battery back up. the mobile dg set may of capaicty suitable for taking the load of te kengeri (not less than 40kva) i/c providing connecting cables, earthing spikes etc., for one day (for 12hours) the mobile dg set shall be transforted to the site and taken up on completion of work. the mobile dg set shall be provided with starting battery, lub. oil etc., for smooth functioning. note: necessary diesel required for operation will be provided by bsnl on need basis.
