bids are invited for facility management service- manpower based (version 2) - healthcare; patient support services; skilled - fixed charges : minimum wages + vda (as applicable on 01.04.2026) , fixed charges : epf (employers contribution @12% considering the monthly wage ceiling, i.e. basic+da or rs 15000/- whichever is less) + epf admin charges @0.5% of minimum wages + edli @0.5% of minimum wages plus vda (13.0%) (as applicable on 01.04.2026) , fixed charges: esi charge @3.25 % of sl. no.1 , fixed charges: on account of bonus, leave, gratuity, national holidays and conveyance , charges for uniform/liveries (as per details attached in annexure-v of atc) for each manpower per year shall be reimbursed @ rs.3500/-(excluding gst) on production of documentary proof , charges for pmjjby insurance shall be reimbursed @ rs.436/-(excluding gst) or as applicable for each manpower per year on production of documentary proof , service charges: contractors profit & overhead charges (in % for sl. no. 1 restricted to wage ceiling of rs. 15000/- only) (this charge shall be fixed during the contract period or any extended period) (maximum upto 10% to be quoted by contractor)
