tender for special replacement to bldg no et-109 at diglipara under ge rangia - 1 taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 2 m&l for taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sq. m but not exc. 4.0 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 3 dismantling framed trussess (wooden) of span upto 10 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 4 dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position and in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 5 m&l for hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 6 m&l for reinforced cement concrete, m-20 (nominal mix), 1:1½:3, type a-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, including demolition of existing old damaged rcc, complete all as per specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.. note : reinforcement & formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
