bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - bsnl exge; electrical system or installation; service provider - taking lc and complete shutdown of ht supply at zttc c us for two days for thorough checking and investigating the repeated ht breakdown complaint in the 11kv, ht power supply to the in-door sub-station ht panel, checking all the 3 phases power supply from cesc ht yard/ht meter, checking incoming ht power, taking lc with cesc team to open gos, cesc side, getting the seals opened by cesc ht rating team, tarcing the fault in the ht metering cubicle, opening the incoming & outgoing 3 nos 3x95sqmm ht cable in the metering cubicle, cubicle to dp structure & dp structure to ht ocb panel, checking the insulation value of the ht cable with 5kv megger to ascertain its healthiness, then meggering the ht structure for insulation value alongwith support of supervisor, ht electricians, helpers and cesc ht metering team etc complete as reqd. , checking of the 11kv/415 volts , 250kva capacity transformer i/c opening the terminal box on both ht and lt side, removing the ht, lt cable connections, conducting the insulation value test with 5kv ht megger, discharging the same, checking winding resistance values, conducting ratio test by injecting lt supply on ht side, taking a note of output voltage reading on lt side and verifying the test ratio with the actual transformer ratio, re-connecting the ht & lt cables, closing the terminal box on both ht and lt side etc complete as reqd. , checking of the 11kv ht panel i/c opening the both ht incoming and ocb-i outgoing terminal box, jacking out the ocb-i, removing the ht cable connections, jacking out the pt box with connections, tracing the fault, removing the burnt 3 nos ht metering ct connections, conducting the insulation value test with 5kv ht megger i/c checking the insulation value of ocb to transformer ht cable with the same ht megger, discharging the same, checking the male & female ht contact bushings of the ocb for fractures/ hair cracks if any, jacking in the ocb, closing the terminal boxes etc complete as reqd. , supplying and fixing of new resin cast, ht current transformer of 7.5a / 1a ratio, burden 2.5va, class 0.2 or 0.2s accuracy suitable for 11kv ht supply i/c testing & calibration of the ct at cesc lab, obtaining the test report, fixing the ct in the cubicle including terminations with existing bus bar, cabling and arranging for chescom ht power line clearance from o&m section, arranging mrt inspection team for rating of existing meter reading, testing, commissioning & calibration of new ct upon removing of existing old 1 no 7.5a/1a ht ct & handing over to chescom authorities, obtaining cr & coordinating with o&m, technical team etc complete as reqd. make: [ m/s paras/ kalpa or chescom approved ] , replacement of 1 no resin cast electrically insulated bushing type bus bar sprout unit in the metering cubicle suitable for 11kv ht supply, disconnetion & removing the l type busbar, fixing the new unit, making proper terminations, testing complete etc as reqd. , replacement of 9kv rated ht ceramic lightning arrestors set of 3 nos with base & cl s, nuts & bolts, fixing the same on ht dp structure,connections, testing commissioning etc as reqd. , replacement of rusted 4swg bare copper conductor on the ht dp structure with r,y,b ht insulating sleeves between la to gos, hg fuses to ht cabling terminals with suitable size bolts and nuts, firmly tightening the same complete etc as reqd. , replacement of rusted pg cl s on the ht dp structure for inter connecting the conductor terminals with suitable size bolts and nuts, firmly tightening the same complete etc as reqd. , completely isolating the faulty 11kv ht panel by by-passing the same, making direct connections from the ht incoming &to outgoing the transformer ht cable with suitable size bolts and nuts, firmly tightening, providing ht insulation tapes then wrapping with the lt adhessive tapes above the ht tape for all the three phase, placing the joint in the chamber, closing the chamber cover with proper insulating supports complete etc as reqd.
