tender for for organizing the provincialized famous and renowned lakkhi fair shri dauji fair of hathras district - to obtain the contract tehbazari monopoly on the basis of lump sum bid of the highest quotation for the successful organization of the provincialized well-known and famous lakkhi fair shri dauji maharaj-2025 of hathras district and to get the following works done for the fair.2 a. work of stalls, swings, decoration and lighting/ loudspeakers etc. for the grand organization of the fair and all the work related to tentage arrangement/ sound system etc. for organizing programs on the stage. b. painting and repair work of stairs constructed for the seating of spectators on both sides of the stage and other buildings located in the fair premises as per administrative instructions. c. construction of arch gates at minimum four places as per administrative instructions. d. work of barricading arrangement for the spectator gallery in front of the stage in the fair pandal. e. barricading for shri dauji maharaj idol darshan arrangement. f. work of complete arrangement including light and generator oil in the fair premises. d. other works as per administrative instructions for the successful organization of the fair.
