bids are invited for custom bid for services - day to day maintenance of lawn and upkeeping of gm bunglow under bbsri area - day to day cleaning and sweeping of in side and outside of quarter and its surrounding area as per the instruction of eic. (scope of work: 03 nos unskilled labour engaged daily) , maintenance of lawn, garden, flower beds, potted plants,plants and trees, planting of new plants / new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, manuring, putting good earth, fertilisers,applying pesticides at various locations etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (cost of plants, manure, good earth, etc. to be paid for separately. however, cost of tools & plants, flexible pipes, fertilisers and insecticide / pesticides are included in the item and is to be arranged by the contractor. the water supply point shall be provided at one point at each separate location by the department.) (scope of work: 01 no mali(semi- unskilled ) & 01 no helper (unskilled) engaged daily. , supplying of cleaning materials as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. , cleaning and removal of accumulated earth, garbage, debris, building rubbish and other waste materials materials including disposal of same, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per the direction of eic. , collection of garden wastes from different places of township and disposal of the same at a suitable place away from colony premises by suitable mechanical arrangement (tractor of carrying capacity of 3 cum) ) including loading, unloading etc complete with all leads as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (tractor should be engaged daily and no garden waste shall be dumped in the colony premises. tractor trip from colony to outside should be duly supported by exit pass/ gate pass at colony main entrance security post.) note: hire charge of tractor is inclusive of lead of 10 km. the lead may vary as per the requirement. , supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 kmlead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). , supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : screened through sieve of i.s. designation 16 mm
