tender for special repair to bldg no p-10 (medical stores) at 153 gh under ge 865 ews, leh-- 1 dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but including backing ) , rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge and removing debris ouside md land. 2 demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ), complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge and removing debris ouside md land. 3 material & labour 25mm thick pcc 1:2:4 type b-0 using12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring and finished surface for received tiles, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 4 m&l for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match (note: any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) incl 10mm thck screed bed below tile for dado/skirting cm 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 m & l for coloured, non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 sq.m but not exc 0.11 sq m in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including15mm thick screed bed of bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
