tender for various repair/ replacement of pipe lines with connected items for zone i and ii under age (i) nyoma.-- 1 excavatoin in trenches not exceedng 1.5 mtr wide but exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe and getting out all in hard and dence soil, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 2 returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25mm thick in hard dence soil, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 3 removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 4 taking up / down old di/gi/pp-r tubing connection including clearing (from trenches), complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge of following size: 5 (a) 20mm bore 6 (b) 25mm bore 7 (c) 40mm bore 8 (d) 50mm bore 9 supply and fixing in replacement of 3-layer pp-r polypropylene random copolymer concealed piper sdr 7.4 ((pn-16) vu stabilized and antimicrobial dusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all pp-r plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings 20 mm outer dia with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. make : sfmc or equivalent
