bids are invited for operation and day to day routine maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations at operational area of tezu airport ( glf - runway circuits, simple approach, papi, beacon, landing t, windsock, apron flood lights and its accessories, perimeter lights and its panels, package substation, lt panels and feeder pilars for dvor, atc tower cum fire station, ndb, 11 kv line from new power house to package substation, transformers of 250 kva - 2 nos., package substation - 2 nos., 25 kva dg sets - 3 nos., 250 kva dg sets - 2 nos., water pumps ( submersible pumps ), all lt panels and ht panels, lift - 2 nos., ups, pa system, cctv systems, projectors, hand dryers, assisting during testing of fire hydrants, stp, etc. ) attending to complaints/faults and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents, including minor additions and alterations etc. as directed by engineer-in-charge etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including saturdays, sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions. , annual filtration of transformer oil with suitable oil filtration machine, including breakdown voltage ( bdv ) testing at site and submission of test report to the engineer-in-charge.
