tender for special repairs to a mess bldg at certain location under ge (s) tezpur-- 1 dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. 2 m&l for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of any shade area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy filler to match the shade of tiles laid over and incl 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for colour glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 350 mm or (600 x 300 mm) x 7 to 8 mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy filler to match the shade of tiles fixed over and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 m&l for joint free mat/glossy finished tiles laid of any colour /shade/ pattern as approve of size exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 1.0 sqm 4-10 mm thick in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy filler to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. 5 taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc. 1.50 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of pcc bed blocks for hold fasts. complete all as specified and as directed.
