strengthening by grouting to slab structures at rd 2475 m, 2645 m, 3735 m, 5100 m, 5415 m, 5715 m, hpc 6000, hpc 6435, sc 6907, sc8857, sc 9405, sc 9760 m, hpc 10290 m, vrb/cr 13520 m, vrb/cr 13660 m, vrb 17630 m,22630 m, cr 23000 m ,super passage 23740- 1 item no. 1:-excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed. 2 item no. 2:-providing and applying single coat of epoxy primer (4.42 sq m per kg) (resin : hardener, 2:1) on old ucr / concrete surface etc. complete as directed 3 item no. 3:-providing & applying of epoxy mortar layers to monolith joint of masonry dam with all lift etc.complete as directed. 4 item no. 4 :-providing and grouting the holes by poly ceramic cementitious i.e nicgrout g 06 + 53 grade cement material of as per requirement to reduce the porosity of concrete / masonry structure and to increase the strength of structure using grouting pipes , grouting m/c, mixer etc and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts, material, machinery, labour, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 5 item no. 5:-dewatering by pumping out water collected with diesel or electrical pumps including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. complete under specific and indispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with authentic evidence of records justifying dewatering etc. complete as directed.
