repairing of mulsifire system at 220 kv s/s sirathu kaushambi, under electy. trans. division-iv, prayagraj , following works are to be carried out at 220 kv s / s sirathu , kaushambi . , servicing of existing various water pump installed in mulsifire room having water leakage from main shaft , job work including change of glands and installation of new water seals & bushes as per specifications of kirloskar etc . , 75 kw electric motor driven main motorpump with end suction type installation of water glands plates and seals with two coats of paint finish . , 11 kw electric motor jockey pump with 11 mtr cubic per hr capacity with replacement of star coupling , glands plate and seals with two coats of paint finish . , complete servicing and overhauling of air compressure including changing of compressure oil , air filter , fan belts etc and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also electric circuit for auto function . , replacement of mal-functioned / worn out pressure switches from mulsifire system with supply , installation and test & commissioning of new fixed differential switch ( danfos / indfoss make ) type pressure switch range 1-10 kg / cm2 , supply & fixing of pressure gauge . , supply & fixing of butterfly valve of size of 150mm dia in place of old & defective butter valve installed for mulsifire system . , repairing & overhauling of 150 mm dia deluge valve installed on 160 mva transformer by opening of top cover , replacement of inner & outer gaskets of top cover , replacement of inner & outer gaskets of valve flapper and flanges gaskets of air & water pipe lines and finally complete reassembly of the deluge valve including necessary testing . , miscellaneous works and items like dismantling air pipe line & to attend leakages / blockages etc alarm gong , brasss globe , back pressure valve primiring water tank etc . and other works not included in the above work that may be necessary for completion of work .
