i) supply of generator slot wedge fiber glass epoxy sheet g11/class f or above as per site requirement.(existing wedge is of size 30mm width x 4mm thickness x 232mm length with tapered ends) note- stator consists of 144slots with 05nos. wedges in each slot.ii)supply of generator slot liners texolite as per site requirement for tightening of all wedges (existing is of 25mm width x 1mm thickness x 1500mm) iii)supply of generator slot liners texolite as per site requirement for tightening of all wedges(existing is of 25mm width x 0.5mm thickness x 1500mm) iv)dismantling of existing stator slot wedges & slot liners v)installation of generator slot wedges & slot liners including all consumables such as epoxy resins, hardeners, thinners etc., complete for 144nos. of stator slots of unit 8 vi)testing charges to check the tightness of installed slot wedges (the testing shall be done by nabl-accredited agencies/ authorized agencies and submit reports)
