tender for special repair to walls of p-539 at cme; 1 m & l for complete scraping down of old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorecent salts and applying complete wall with 3mm pop/birla putty and making smooth surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 2 m&l for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of obd on ceiling all as specified and directed. 3 m & lfor applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having voc less than 50 gm/litre and uv resistance as peris 15489 : 2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over old surfaces(applicable for above allitems)(i) contrator has to employ skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office , the rate shall be quotted by the contractor including scafolding to carry out the work for height more than 10.00 mtrs.
