tender for selection of concessionaire for repairing, renovation, remodeling, operation and complete maintenance (including all consumables) for a period of 15 (fifteen) years .. for bhatpara municipality, dist. north 24 parganas, west bengal (2nd call) - selection of concessionaire for repairing, renovation, remodeling, operation and complete maintenance (including all consumables) for a period of 15 (fifteen) years from the commercial operation date (cod) of all existing establishments of solid waste processing units, for management of daily generated fresh waste (solid), strictly complying the solid waste management rules, 2016, including the work of biomining of legacy waste to reclaim the land of dumpsites/gvps utilising scientific method for bhatpara municipality, dist.: north 24 parganas, west bengal (2nd call). sl. no. item description 1 biomining of legacy waste and reclamation of land of dumpsite(s) utilising scientific method located at different municipal authority/municipal corporation, in west bengal on turnkey basis (t1).(rate to be quoted: per mt cost of output legacy waste processed through biomining and scientific disposal of different fractions as per cpcb guidelines/swm rule, 2016 and any other directives/orders issued by the government of india/government of west bengal time to time, from the dumpsite, strictly as per the scope of work, including gst, if applicable, other taxes, duties, levies etc. 2 tipping fee for processing and scientific disposal of fresh waste as received and delivered at site by the municipal authority/municipal corporation, after establishment of permanent integrated municipal solid waste processing plant(s) (all units), for a period of 15 (fifteen) years, after obtaining the commencial operation date (cod), strictly complying the solid waste management rules, 2016 (t2).(rate to be quoted: per mt cost of input fresh waste processed and disposal of different fractions as per cpheeo manual/swm rule, 2016 and any other directives/orders issued by the government of india/government of west bengal time to time, from the dumpsite, strictly as per the scope of work, including gst, if applicable, other taxes, duties, levies etc. (revision @+3% on every 5 years, will be considered, in inr per mt cost of input fresh waste, which will be applicable only for two times in 15 years, one after successful completion of operation and maintenanceof 5 (five) years and the other after 10 (ten) years)
