providing and fitting of 185amp lt protection control cum fault analysis panel to 120hp motor of pump unit no.1 with allied works and its electrification at lis ratti bhakta- 1 providing and fitting of 185amp lt protection control cum fault analysis panel to 120hpmotor of pump unit no.1 with allied works and its electrification at lis ratti bhakta. 2 providing/fitting /testing and commissioning of new lt protection control cum fault analysis panel (automatic star delta starter) to 120 hp motor of pumping unit no.01 at lis ratti bhakta: the panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of minimum 16 swg cr sheet supported on m.s. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. the panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. the structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables properly according to size and specification. the panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint.the panel should be fitted with an m.c.c.b. of 400 ampere (3p) 50ka rating (lt/ havells/abb/reputed make) , digital 1 no. volt meter 1no.3p, digital ammeter 3p 1no.along with suitable set of cts, 2no.s selector switches and a set of ryb indicators at incoming side including the bus bars. the panel should comprises of 3-pole contactors of 225ampere-2no.s (l&t/ havells/abb/reputed make) compatible with 120hp induction motor,1no. contactor 140 ampere (l&t/ havells/abb/reputed make, suitable for star delta starter 120hp motor), 1 no. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 no. indicator,1 no. mcb of appropriate rating for the protection of internal control wiring and neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables/ bus bars to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply for pumping unit no.1 at lis ratti bakhta. the system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make which shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect themotor from followingelectro-mechanical faults : voltage related fault-single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage, current related fault- over current / load, dry running, unbalance current / load, , short circuiting, other faults: protection from earth fault. moreover thermal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted in the starter panel to protect the motors in case of failure of fault analyzer. the starter panel must display incoming voltage of all the three phases and current of the three phases the job also includes providing and laying of 50 sq mm copper cable (kei/ havells/ polycab/ reputed make)from starter to motor – 6 nos. of 5 meter (approx) each in length andthimbling the copper cables with 50 sq. mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with heavy duty pvc sleeve. making connections from starter to 120hp motor. the job further includes complete painting of the exposed suction pipeline of pumping unit no.1,2&3 by way of first preparing the surface by sandpaper and then applying one coat of primer and then two coats of paint. complete job including cost of material, consumable, handling, loading, unloading, transportation charges. the job also includes the cost of skilled /semi-skilled labour, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site. note:-the tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions.
