(this item includes deployment of manpower as per tender scc condition-11 to keep 100% servicability all the time) , up-to capacity of 60/120 ltrs water cooler (20 nos. x 24 months= 480 job) , annual comprehensive maintenance contract with monthly routine service visit of r.o. system of of following capacity (wherever installed at the airport) including supply & replacement of power supply adaptor pre/post-filter candle, activated carbon, sediment filter, membrane, ro pump & other associated accessories etc and any other defective part to maintain the required quality & rated flow of treated water with water level controller integrated with water cooler . it also includes testing of water quality of all the water coolers at the quaterly frequency as per relavent norms of potable drinking water. (this item includes deployment of manpower as per tender scc condition-11 to keep 100% servicability all the time) , 25 lph ro unit (25 nos. x 24 months = 600 job) , carrying out / making in-field measurement/testing of intensity, beam spread/coverage, orientation, chromaticity, luminous factor, setting of field alignment, toe-in angle, elevation angle as per the requirement of site & icao/civil aviation requirement (car) section-4 aerodrome standard & licensing series ‘b part-i, for inset/ elevated type approach, runway edge, runway end, threshold, papi airfields ground lights, by using vehicle mounted mobile testing equipment system / frame reader, submission of test reports including re-testing of complete system after replacement of defective components found by aai while photometry, like filter/prism, lens (inner & outer), reflector, l holder, l etc by carrying out in-field measurement of intensity, beam spread/coverage, orientation, chromaticity, luminous factor, setting of field alignment,toe-in angle, elevation angle of airfields ground lights etc. complete as required to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.note :-1) please refer detailed inventory of glf in tender at table -vi.2)on photometry, if maintenance factor (candela)/color chromaticity is found less than dgca/ icao standards, then appropriate corrective action such as proper cleaning/ replacement of defective components like filter, lens (inner & outer), reflector, l holder, l , etc. shall be taken by aai to maintain the minimum accepted standards.3) time required to carry out the replacement of defective components may very approx. 2-3 days depending on runway availibity, quantum of work or weather conditions, accordingly, agency shall plan the testing schedule.
