restoration of pumping machinery /allied structure damaged due to flash flood at lis katal batal.- 1 restoration of pumping machinery /allied structure damaged due to flash flood at lis katal batal. 2 the job involves removing of mud deposited in the pump room with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles and then disposing off the mud tosuitable place up toa distance of 50 mtrs approximately. cleaning the floor of the pump room with water including the dislocated and blown off chequered plates. then securing all the chequered plates after re- arranging them by way of welding or using requisite nuts and bolts of appropriate size to the floor of the pump room. also re-arranging the other dislocated material and staking it to one corner of the pump room.draining out the contaminated mobile oil from the ratchet assembly of unit i and unit iv and then providing and filling of mobile oil 05 ltrs each to ratchet assembly of unit i and unit iv. the job also involves draining of transformer oil 200kva stabilizer. then giving heat treatment to de moisturise it. re- filling the treated transformer oil in the stabilizer and topping up it by providing and filling 80 ltrs of transformer oil. also giving heat treatment to transformer oil of the speed controller of slip ring motor of unit iv after draining it out and then refilling and topping up by 20 ltrs of transformer oil. the complete job include cost of material, labour charges and hire charge of tools and tackles required for execution of work at lis katal batal 3 rebate on old parts
