term contract for supplying/fixing/repairs to road signages in delhi cantonment.; to execute the works under term contract for supplying/ fixing/ repairs to road signages in delhi cantonment and all ancillary works related to fixing of road signages as specified under scope of work on page no.18-19 in technical bid and as per specifications contained in cpwd specification vol. i & ii of 2019 with upto date correction slips and as directed.the work shall be priced at par with dsr- 2023 cpwd rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer.the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by engineer-in-charge. note: tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the dsr-2023 cpwd respectively.the amount inserted by the deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. the rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes and nothing extra shall be payable. further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood scope of work as mentioned on page 18-19 of rfp and clause 21 on page 93-94 of the technical bid (rfp) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions fully.note: a) for stainless steel frame work the rates given in dsr-2023 under item no. 10.28 i.e. rs. 772.40 per kg shall be applied subject to percentage plus/minus quoted by the contractor.b) for retro reflective boards, the rates given in dsr 2023 under item no.16.6.01 shall be applicable i.e. rs.5590.02 sqm (as modified) as per calculations provided under scope of work on page 18 clause no.2. it shall be deemed that the bidders have read & understood the same. the applicable rates shall however be subjected to plus or minus percentage quoted by the bidder in this price bid.
