hiring of decorative lights from durga puja to chat puja from 26.09.2025 to 28.10.2025 at bangla bhawan, and the office of the resident commissioner, government of west bengal, new delhi , supplying & providing 15 mtr led strip/chain different colour chain onhire basis and dismantling the same (white & blue color), fitted on the front elevation of the building with 140 chains (120 chains for bangla bhawan and 20 chains for the rc office) with suitable electrical connections using copper wire and a main switch. the charges include fitting and removing the lights after the puja festival is over, as well as the cost of replacing damaged led chains and maintaining them properly from durga puja to chat puja (from 26.09.2025 to 28.10.2025). the cost also includes labor charges, the hire of led chain lights, transportation, and any other tools and equipment required for this work, as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (upto 3 days) , charges for days additional to 3 days.
