(qty-03 nos & cap-10 kg, pressure test- 150 kg/cm2). 2 icgs c-161: l-037:- window wiper system not working view motor winding (qty - 01 no.) burnt out and 04 in nos. wiper blades and arms defective, same to repaired/ renewed as per sample and and proved for satisfactory operation. all in-way job included. 3 icgs c-161: h-032: icgs c-161: h-032: suitable holder is required for storing laminated sheet of fire plan at q-deck and port/ stbd cat walk (qty-05 nos). following jobs are to be undertaken:-1. weld the clamp with bulkhead as per specifications:- (clamp size: length-6 inch, thickness- 5mm & width- 6 inch).2. aluminum hollow pipe alongwith holding cap to be provided and welded as per specicications:-(pipe size: length 21 inch, dia- 02 inch) 4 icgs c-161: h-051: metallic ballast way tank to be fitted at q/deck onboard ship for cylinder/ bassca charging as per dcn. jobs are as follows:-1. removabletop side opening, preferable bolted.2. four point stand arrangement with rubber bushes.3. suitable point for securing for sea.4. water filling point on top and drain valve at bottom.5. paint scheme as per extent orders. 6. vent holes and carrying handle on both sides. specifications:- mat- steel dmr 249a/is2062, thickness- 10 mm, dimension - length-36 cm, breadth- 36 cm & height-72 cm. 5 icgs c-156: h-070: 01 in no ceremonial lifebuoy with name and emblem to be painted and lifebuoy stand to be repaired/renewed. centre acrylic sheet to be renewed as per sample 6 icgs c-445: e-063: 03 in no. empty ac gas cylinder (cap.-10 kgs each) to be pressure tested and pressure test certificate of competent firm to be provided (testing pressure- 800 psi) 7 01 in no ba controller board to be fabricated as per sample. material : wood/ sunmica.
