refilling of liquid chlorine gas of 900 kg each capacity toner from authorised filling stationforkamalnagar w.t.p under central mechanical division phe dte.-1 carrying charges of empty chlorine toner of each capacity 900 kg from above mention sites to authorised filling station for filling of liquid chlorine gas including loading unloading and detention charges (1 trip shall carry 2 nos toners) 2 testing of empty toner before filling as per iss if required. 3 charges for replacement of cylinder valve,cylinder seal nut,cylinder spindle,cylinder cap and cylinder filler washer if required including painting complete as per direction of the eic. 4 refilling charges of liquid chlorine to the empty toner of 900kg each capacity from any authorised filling station.
