bids are invited for short refit sr 4 of icgs samudra prahari; icgs samudra prahari sr 4; ha 1001 fire main supply of 4 bar pressure to be supplied to the ship for full duration of refit. yard to provide 02 in nos, fire sentries alongwith fire extinguisher at each location wherever hot work is being undertaken, if yard do not have facility for round the clock fire main pressure. yard to make arrangement for fire tender as standby at all the times. ha 1002 garbage clearance and disposal facility to be provided during the entire duration of refit. ha 1003 shore power connection of 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 hz to be provided. yard to provide shore supply cable and to cater for consumption of 4000 units per day. consumption will be recorded on actual for payment. ha 1004 crane facilities to be provided as and when required. yard to cater for 100 hours of operation during the entire refit period. ha 1005 supply of 20 tons/day fresh water and sealed packaged drinking water 500 ltrs/day. ha 1006 preparation of keel blocks and certificate of suitability by yard. keel blocks to be offered to the refitting authority (coa) for inspection prior docking ship. keel blocks and side blocks to be arranged as per docking plan in version i and ii and ship is to be dry docked in both version during the refit. docking plan will be provided by ship. ha 1007 pre and post refit trials to be conducted with refit overseeing team, h,e,l reps of yard and reps of pac firms embarked. ha 1008 tug hired for docking, undocking, berthing and un-berthing are to be provided commencing from pre refit trials till refit completion. ha 1009 arrangement of pilot while entering and leaving dock and harbour commencing from pre refit trials till refit completion ha 1010 yard to provide 02 nos. direct line telephone (landline or mobile phones) connections onboard ship for local and internal communication during entire refit duration along with std facility and broadband (or internet dongle). ha 1011 berthing and un-berthing at wet basin including basin charges to be provided. ha 1012 the yard to provide transport for entire refit duration as follows- (1) one sedan car for commanding officer, one sedan car for head of departments, one suv or two cars for officers and one bus for ships company. (ii) one car for cgrps/refitting authority(coa). (ili) one truck-three trip per week from ship to store depot when ship in mumbai or ship to railway station/any other place for collection of stores when outside mumbai. ha 1013 provide temporary lights arrangements as and when required. ha 1014 compressed air supply as and when required. (yard to cater for 200 hrs) ha 1015 yard to extend fax/telex/e-mail facility to cgrps/ss as and when required basis if not available with cgrps or extra internet dongle. ha 1016 provide ac sea water cooling lines and drain lines whenever ac system of the ship is operational. ha 1017 provide refit office for overseeing team with necessary furniture and ac, approx, room size - 12 x 12 ft. ha 1018 adequate storing space to be provided to ship during the major hull repair work, approx store room size -25 x 20 ft. ha 1019 50mm-05 nos carry away pipes during dry-docking to be provided. total 10 nos. diameter. 80 mm- 05 nos, ha 1020 adequate toilet and bathroom facility to be provided to the ships company (105 crew) and officers (20 officers) separately near the dry dock area during dry-docking and when the ships toilets are under repair. yard to ensure daily cleanliness of the same. ha 1021 shore galley facilities including gas burners, cooking gas, continuous fresh water facility and hygienic ru storage space for ration near galley to be provided during the period when ships... more in document
