tender for periodical services to certain otm accns under group iii & vii at rms - 1 m&l for applying one coat of white wash on old decorated wall surfaces including removing of grass, creepes, vegetation growth etc including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 2 m&l for applying one coat of white wash on old ceiling surfaces etc including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 3 m&l for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall & applying one coat of cement base paint upto 3 to 4 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed. 4 m&l for complete removal of existing treatement on old plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of cement primer upto 3 to 4 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed. 5 m&l for complete removal of existing treatement on old plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
