bids are invited for non-schedule items , comprehensive amc of all the split type ductable a.c unit split type tower a.c unit installed at dr. zakir hussain old library, jmi which includes monthly inspection & checking including rectification of problem, if any six routine servicing annually of indoor units and outdoor units including other related system, attending the breakdown, troubleshooting and emergency complaints as and when required and no extra payment of breakdown/emergency complaints. the amc covers repair/replacement of electrical parts like compressor, catch all drier, condenser fan motor relays pcb’s sensor, remote hand unit refrigerant piping insulation refrigerant gas all electrical component thermostats and painting of outdoor stand including cleaning of indoor air filters grills and diffusers.
