work of annual survey with chemical cleaning, dry and hydraulic test of boilers installed at municipal power laundry.-1 work of annual survey with chemical cleaning, dry & hydraulic test of boilers installed at municipal power laundry. 2 annual survey with chemical cleaning, dry & hydraulic test and necessary repairs of m/s.energy pack boiler no. mr17760 & m/s super steam boiler no.mr14071 respectively on date 2.9.2025 and date 28.2.2026 as per certificate of use of boiler. a) preparation of the energy pack boiler no. mr17760 and m/s super steam boiler no.mr14071 for survey along with chemical cleaning and overhauling of mountings such as safety valves and stop valves, mobary assembly, cleaning of all tubes etc.b) offer the both boilers for dry tests and all mountings / valves to the director, directorate of steam boiler department, government of maharashtra or his representative for inspection.c) take hydraulic test of steam boilers on completing the boilers assembly to obtain the certificate for the use to run the boilers for a further period of 12 month.d) to be complete trial test at rated pressure without any steam leakage through boilers mountings.
