bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - bsnl nit no22 providing comprehensive maintenance of 4no 13 passengers lift in telephone house cto building rajbhavan road bengaluru; thyssenkrupp 2no and techno industries limited 2no; annual maintenance .. - providing comprehensive and preventive maintenance of 4 no. of 13-passenger lifts ( 2 lifts serving b+g+6 floors) & ( remaining 2 lifts serving g+6 floors )equipped with stainless steel car, ss false ceiling, ss car and landing door, overload indicator, ard system with batteries, rope, safety devices, self-travelling cables/devices, led lighting, and ventilating fans. the scope includes attending to day-to-day faults and complaints, identifying defects and replacing defective spare parts including ard batteries as and where basis etc as required. the work also includes cleaning of lift car and machine room for efficient working condition without h ering lift services to the building, response within a reasonable time upon intimation via phone or email. the lifts are kept in good working condition and shall generate service reports after each visit, duly acknowledged by the building in-charge or electrical engineer in-charge. preventive maintenance servicing shall be carried out at least once in every calendar month complete in all respects as required. the original equipment manufacturers are m/s thyssenkrupp (2no) and m/s techno industries limited (2no)
