bids are invited for operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical installations - comprehensive maintenance contract for ei fans and other items as per item number 1 , operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical installations - providing comprehensive maintenance of 3no high precision ac units of 7 tr capacity including periodical minor overhauling and replacement of spares , operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical installations - providing amc of 2no 125kva engine alternator set - comprehensive maintenance contract for ei fans arranging tools and plant repair or replacement of worn out items with minimum down time including replacement of faulty electrical items and split ac units by arranging specialized man power along with spares refrigerant gas tools and plant routine preventive and breakdown maintenance round the clock operation of various electromechanical services like ei and fans compound light lt panel in ups room mv panel in dg room 6no fire extinguishers 4.5kg co2 type 7no 1.5tr split ac units bms and afd system access control ups with battery sets 2no125kva dg sets 3no 7tr precision ac units etc as required , providing comprehensive maintenance of 3no high precision ac units of 7 tr capacity including periodical minor overhauling and replacement of spares such as lp hp spp thermostat etc and replacement compressor under buyback system rectification of electrical panel wiring meters replacement or repair of controllers display blower motor condensor fan motors etc in case of fault and topping up of consumables like refrigerant gas etc including servicing of package units monthly attending breakdown emergency calls immediately etc as per the detailed specification attached as reqd , providing amc of 2no 125kva engine alternator set with all accessories such as battery charger battery control panel mccbs and mcb meters and switch gears silencer engine safety devices meters fuel lines including preventive maintenance and monthly visiting and checking of all accessories such as radiator fan and fan belt avr radiator water level battery charging dynamo charger unit self starter control panel topping up of lub oil coolant. replacement spares in case of faults rewinding of alternator avr control panel accessories excluding replacement of battery set and modbus amf controller by deputing service engineer or mechanic etc as reqd note monthly service report in original has to be submitted duly signed by the engineer in charge
