bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - commercial; electrical system or installation, heavy storm related works under edsd, pailani against tender no 30/2026-27; as per boq - safe cartage of 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles , safe cartage of 11 mtr. long st poles , safe cartage of line material , erection of newly erected 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles as single support structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. , erection of newly erected 11 mtr. long st poles as single pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. , erection of newly erected 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles as double pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. , erection of newly erected 11 mtr. long st poles as double pole structure, including complete ht/lt fittings as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. , concreting/grouting of newly erected 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles as single support/double pole structures. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge. , concreting/grouting of newly erected 11 mtr. long st poles as single support/double pole structures. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge. , erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per resspo manual and also including the cost of all grouting material. , fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. including the cost of labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. , laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new acsr weasel/dog conductor on the erected poles in 11 kv ht/lt lines also providing in-place of damaged/misplace conductor due to heavy storm. , laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of abc cable of various size on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. , re-sagging of loose conductor of 33 kv lines at various places. , re-sagging of loose conductor of 11 kv ht lines at various places. , re-sagging of loose conductor of lt lines at various places. , dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged pcc/stp/joist/rail poles as single pole structure with its accessories. , dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged pcc/stp/joist/rail poles as double pole structure with its accessories. , carriage of damaged/rusted st/rail/joist poles from work site to esc. , replacement of damaged/misplace pin insulator with pin 33 kv/11 kv , replacement of damaged/misplace v type cross arm 33 kv/11 kv , replacement of damaged/misplace disc insulator with fitting 33 kv/11 kv , guarding with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. , dismentling & removal of damaged weasel/dog conductor with its accessories due to heavy storm and also cartage of old/damaged & scrap line material from work site to store centre/je(s). , straightening of tilted single support as 8.5/11.0 mtr. long pcc/st pole at various places. , chopping of tree branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work. , fixing of t-off channel with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. , supply & fixing of nut-bolts with warsher of suitable sizes as per resspo manual. , note: any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 28 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
