supply of water cooled roof , water cooled roof to rwf drawing no.751200111700 with part drawings 75 1200111710, 771200111720, 771200111730,721200112170, 701200112220. note: all the items s hould be stress relieved and hydraulically tested at pressure of 10 kg/sqcm for 2 hou rs.all the welded joints to be d.p. tested and 10% radiographic test to be done at rand om. 1. pre-qualification for tenderers a) firms who are having facilities for heavy fabrication an d who have executed similar works shall only quote. b) the required raw materials shall be sourced th rough reputed sources such as m/s. sail, tisco, isp&t, ismt, jindal, msl, kalyani, tata or their aut horized dealers. tenderer shall furnish mtc for raw materials including the source. c) the tenderer sh ould have qualified welders for manufacturing and supplying water cooled roof on time. they shall als o produce certificates of qualified welders on their rolls. d) the tenderer to submit a detailed qap as in dicated to m/s. tpi ii. scope of work for manufacturing, assembly, testing and supply of water cooled roof. a) submission of raw material procurement invoice from reputed source to m/s. tpi before comm encement of work. b) welding sequence plan, selection of electrodes of e-7018 quality of m/s. advani oerlicon/l&t/esab/meta fusion/weld craft/ador only. c) submission of drawings of jigs and fixtures pr oposed to be used. d) marking, sizing and surface preparation. e) transfer of identification marks from the parent stock to all the sections of raw materials required for fabrication of water cooled roof ( full description as per annexure) ]
