bids are invited for custom bid for services - maintenance of running room, crew booking lobby at avadi (annr) and maintenance of running room at velachery (vlcy) for two years (730 days) - changing of linens, bed sheets, pillow covers, mosquito nets, curtains and serving calls concerned to work trains as advised by the crew controller on duty for occupants and cleaning of running room including verandah, toilets & bath rooms at running room/vlcy - 2 un-skilled persons/day. , cost towards washing, drying and pressing of linens at running room , cost towards non-consumables to be utilized in running room , cost towards consumables utilized for cleaning of running room , cost towards provision of newspaper & magazines to running room , epf @ 12% up to the statutory wage ceiling of rs.15,000/month for the schedule no 1 inclusive of gst @ 18% , esi @ 3.25% up to the statutory wage ceiling of rs.21,000/month for the schedule no 1 with 18% gst
