bids are invited for custom bid for services - hiring of services for fitness for service and remaining life assesment (as per api 579-1:2007) of static equipments and piping at hazira compressor station - ffs level 1 & 2 , heat exchangers , pressure vessels , tanks , piping system piping system (2-30)piping system. pipe dia: 2-30, above ground, piping class: d1a/ a1a/ a1k & b1k, basic material: api 5l gr. b/ x52/ x60/ x65/ x70, api 5l gr. b.pipings of various sizes i.e. from 2 to 30 are installed at hazira compressor station. most of the pipes are above ground & non-insulated. , ffs level 1 & 2 , level 3 assessment based on the result of level 1 & 2 assessment and site condition. -the assessment procedures included in this level are intended to provide the most detailed evaluation which produces results that are more precise than those from a level 2 assessment. in a level 3 assessment the most detailed inspection and component information is typically required, and the recommended analysis is based on numerical techniques such as the finite element analysis method. level -3 assessment (fea analysis) shall be done based upon the outcome of the first two levels of study-if required.
