bids are invited for repair/modification of pressure tank 50 mm thick and diameter of 926mm includes:- (a) induction of pressure relief valve of (10-150 bar) range (b) replacement of m25 130mm bolt, washer and nuts (40) (c) induction of air and water inlet valve (10-150 bar) (d) renewal of entire system hp gasket (10-150)(e) induction of 100 mm dia hp cable inlet and outlet manifolds (10-150bar) , replacement of hp variable cables threaded adapters (10-150 bar) of various diameter 6,10,14,20,24,30,36 and 42 mm x 2 sets. , automation of testing facility includes:- (a) auto start/stop pump for building pressure up to 90 bar with a 3 hp motor (b) laying of high-pressure waterline, pressure gauges and control valves to control and monitor flow(c) entire dol starter setup from remote to execute the testing process for operator safety. , construction of safety enclosure for isolating high pressure test facility for safety purpose , final fitment, commissioning, testing and proving the facility to the required pressure insitu practical demonstration.
