tender for special repair to bldg no t-03 at biamah in the aor of age b/r-ii khaltsi under ge khumbathang- 1 dismantling for wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp insulation) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any description and thickness in any position incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l for factory made second class soft wood wooden battens kiln dried spruce or pine profiled lumber, not less than 12mm thick, length 3000 mm & width 110-120 mm insert each other with male and female grooves fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall/ceiling panelling, shelves etc including dismantling old wall/ceiling board any type and applying under coating and finishing coats of wood polishing complete all as specified and directed (make-beliy ruchey or its equivalent as directed by engr-in-charge) 3 dismantling timber scantling under 40 sqcm on flats, rails, posts, rafter, purlins etc.in unframed work complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 13 and n exc 25 sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brands complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l for first class softwood moulding as in cornices, rails etc sectional area not exc 6 sqcm complete all as specified & directed
