tender for construction of well and interception and diversion (i&d) work for 5.80 km length in melvisharam municipalaity (1) the quantities here given are those upon which the estimate cost of the work is based but they are subject to alterations, commissions, deduction or additional as provided for in the coditions of this contract and do not necessarily show the actual quantities of work to be done. the unit rates notes below are those government payment for extra or deductions read with the town panchayat councils adaptation form and other conditions or specification of this contract and subject to the accepted tender percentage either below, above or at estimate rates a defined in the tender and as shown at the end of schedule a and (2) it is expressly understood that measured work is to be taken net-not withstanding any custom to practice to the contrary according to actual quantities when in place and finished according to the drawing or as may be ordered from time by the assistant executive engineer at the cost calculated by measurement or weight at the respective prices with out any additional charge for any necessary or contingent works connected here with. the rates quoted are for works in-site and completed in every respect.
