for the year 2025-26 (from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026), the thiruvengadam panchayat will outsource the work of cleaning, drinking water maintenance, street lighting maintenance and public health vehicle driving through a self-help group/association/institution.; 1. for the work of going door to door in thiruvengadam town panchayat areas, separating biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste and adding it to the solid waste composting facility and preparing compost (with salary sanctioned by the district collector, including administrative contribution epf (8.33%) and esi (3.25%)) 2. for the work of cleaning supervisor for solid waste management project in thiruvengadam town panchayat areas on a contractual basis (amount for one month) 3. for the work of water supply maintenance work in thiruvengadam town panchayat areas on a contractual basis (with salary sanctioned by the district collector, including administrative contribution epf (8.33%) and esi (3.25%)) 4. for the work of street light maintenance work in thiruvengadam town panchayat areas on a contractual basis (amount for one month) 5. for the work of operating public health vehicles in thiruvengadam town panchayat areas on a contractual basis with relevant qualification certificates (with salary sanctioned by the district collector, including administrative contribution epf (8.33%) and esi (3.25%)) (including administrative contribution epf (8.33%) and esi (3.25%) along with the salary sanctioned by the collector) 6 service charge not exceeding 4% for providing manpower in the form of outsourcing
