bids are invited for non-schedule items , comprehensive amc for hvac equipments water cooled chiller scroll type compressor voltas make central a.c. plant including refilling of oil and refrigerant installed at mass communication research centre comprising of 03 nos. water cooled 39.0 tr. scroll chiller voltas make. 03 nos. chilled water pump , 03 nos. condenser water pump , 02 no. cooling tower, floor mounted ahu 13400 cfm x 01 no., ahu 7000 cfm x 01 no., ahu 5000 cfm x 01 no., 01 no. main hvac electrical panel, ahus control panel, starter etc. which includes preventive maintenance as per the annexure-i enclosed. attending the breakdown and emergency complaints as and when required and no extra payment for breakdown/emergency complaint. the amc covers/repairs/replacement of electrical parts like compressor, noise problem in studios and preview theatre should be rectify on top priority,v-belt, pulley, motors, relays, pcbs, refrigeration pipe & refrigerant gas, all electrical component and thermostats, including cleaning of filters, strainers, grills & diffusers and including of painting of pipes etc.
