bids are invited for operation and care taking of electro-mechanical services (ems) at te building kr rajkot. ( for 06months) bsnl electrical division rajkot -operation & caretaking of all electromechanical service mentioned below including operation involved thereto alongwith arranging necessary tools and safety equipment , maintaining daily record/ log books for substation & a/c plant, dg set areas and all other duties of electrical operator/ caretaking assigned from time to time complete as per direction of engineer in charge (all materials /consumables shall be provided by the department except distilled water for dg battery) the operator/ care taker should make himself available round the clock for operational activity.the operator /caretaker shall conduct fire drill alongwith jto( e )/sde ( e ) & building incharge once in month by testing atleast 1/3rd of the detectors at all floors in rotation and operating ff system (note: persons should be deployed for 3shift per day. total quantity : 6
