tender for tender for boiler water treatment chemical for 02 nos. boilers having capacity 25 tph each boiler for season 2026-27 on per day basis. , boiler water treatment chemical for 02 nos. boilers having capacity 25 tph each boiler for season 2026-27 on per day basis. detail of material to be used:- i) p.h booster ii) scale softener/ softening agent iii) oxygen scavenger these chemicals must maintain following parameters during boiler operation: - a) p.h of feed water will be maintained between 8.5 to 9.0 . b) p.h of boiler drum water will be maintained between 9.50 to 10.50. c) boiler t.d.s will be maintained between 800-1000 ppm d) boiler water sulphite should be 25 to 30 ppm e) phosphate should be 15 to 30 ppm note:- 1)the representative of party will be available in mills for 24 hrs in whole crushing season & will do weekly chemical analysis of boiler water with his company owned testing kit. 2) dosing pump will be provided by the party. 3) rate should be per day basis.
