tender for organization of the chief ministers mass marriage scheme event - 1- providing the bride with 05 photographs, including an album, after the wedding (covering the *jaimala*, *phere*, *sindoor-daan*, *kanyadaan*, family photos, and photos at the selfie point; for *nikah*: family photos, joint photos of the couple while signing, *vidaai* moments, and photos at the selfie point). one photographer will be arranged for every 25 couples for this task. 2- *jaimala* (garland) made of two rose flowers for the wedding; *sehra* made of *bela* or *chameli* (jasmine) flowers for the *nikah*. 3- turban/safa (for the groom). 4- honorarium/remuneration for the *pandit* (priest) and *maulvi* to solemnize the marriage. 5- arrangement of a german hangar structure for ceremonies involving 100 or more couples. (the presence of the district magistrate is mandatory if there are 100 or more couples). if the number of couples is less than 100, the ceremony will be held in a wedding *mandap* or marriage hall. 6- decoration (grand and attractive decoration of the stage and *pandal*). 7- two to four large led screens at the venue. 8- a grand and attractive floral entrance gate at the venue, featuring a banner related to the event. 9- arrangement of public address systems/sound boxes/microphones. 10- a banner for the stage displaying the name of the scheme, photographs of the honble chief minister and the honble departmental minister/minister-in-charge of the district, and the names of distinguished guests. 11- arrangement of refreshments for the bride, the groom, and 10 individuals accompanying each of them. (banana: 02, samosa: 02, barfi: 01 piece, chips: 50g, water bottle: 500ml, cold drink bottle: 250ml / sharbat/shikanji/tea/coffee – subject to the season). note: the 20 snack packets will be provided to the couple upon their arrival at the event, and beverages (sharbat/shikanji/tea/coffee – subject to the season) will be served via a dedicated stall. 12- meal arrangements for the bride, the groom, and 10 individuals from each of their respective sides (dal, rice, roti, poori, kachori, dry vegetable dish, mixed vegetable dish, paneer dish, salad, rasgulla/kheer/halwa/chowmein, etc.). 13- 5 kg of boondi laddoos for each side (brides and grooms), to be provided in bamboo baskets with handles, covered with yellow transparent wrapping. 14- dry fruit baskets for each side (brides and grooms), containing: 500g almonds, 250g walnuts, 250g makhana (fox nuts), 500g raisins, and one whole dry coconut per basket. 15- videography arrangements covering the entire event from start to finish. 16- installation of a large hoarding by the roadside at the event venue (detailing scheme eligibility, application procedures, etc.). 17- color printing of the marriage certificate on high-quality paper, followed by lamination. 18- other arrangements: miscellaneous provisions such as refreshments and meals for distinguished guests, cultural programs, etc., which are mandatory. please enable macros to view boq information
