tender for fabrication and supply of 20 nos. garbage container of 4.5 cum capacity to be installed at various locations for sanjy 2026 within limits of jmc. , fabrication and supply of 20 nos. garbage container of 4.5 m3 capacity to be installed at various locations for sanjy 2026 within limits of jmc. the job includes; fabrication by using mild steel channel of size 75 x 40 x 6 mm and angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm. the bottom of the garbage container should be made out of hr sheets having 5 mm thickness. the side sheets should be made out of hr sheets having thickness 4 mm. the size & capacity of the garbage container is large and hence container should be equipped with 4 windows, 2 on each side and fabricated out of cr sheets of thickness 2 mm. the top cover of the garbage container should be fabricated out of hr sheet having 3 mm thickness, the job involves fabrication/ finishing of the garbage container and further providing of 2 coats of red-oxide (iron primer) and 2 coats of blue enamel paints. complete job includes cost of materials fabrication cost, painting cost, transportation & labour charges. the job is inclusive of gst and other types of applicable taxes.
