bids are invited for custom bid for services - as per nit-rfq 11878 healthcare sanitation service cleaning, sanitation and disinfection service - outcome based weeping, swabbing of all opd rooms incl. ot, x-ray room, pathology, dispensary, eye opd, dental opd, registration area, pme room, offices, medical stores etc; vaccination room etc all opd corridors (from male ward to dispensary in opd and area connecting ot from opd and female ward) doctors’ chambers along with cleaning of toilet, latrines, wash basins / dustbins etc. – 2 times a day, the above work has also to be done on paid holydays in ot, x-ray and pathology lab. 35% ii removal of spider webs and other filth from walls and ceilings, cleaning of fans, doors, windows and ventilators, etc. of the above areas – once in a month 5% iii cleaning of courtyard, parking, porch, lawns – once in a day 15% iv washing of co. ambulances (3 nos) – twice in a week for each ambulance, i.e. one ambulance each from monday to saturday 7.5% v cleaning and washing of mortuary – once every week + after every autopsy conducted 7.5% vi washing and cleaning of male, female wards, sister’s duty room
