tender for design, supply, transportation, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 2.50 mld capacity sewage treatment plant (stp) at haflong municipality on a design, build, and operate (dbo) basis in technology such as activated sludge process (asp) or extended aeration (ea) or any mechanized technology with sewage pumping station, nallah/drain outfall interceptor and diversion works, along with all associated civil, electrical, mechanical, piping, and instrumentation works, as well as operation and maintenance (o&m) of the complete system for a period of five (05) years after successful commissioning under sbm(u) 2.0.
