bids are invited for custom bid for services - hiring of one time services for maintenance of field instruments and control valve for uran plant instrumentation section - removal from line, dismantling, cleaning of valve & actuator parts, inspection, reassembly & pressure testing (for leakage) & actuator (for pneumatic supply leakage). supply & replacement of gland packing, etc. to arrest leakage & followed by servicing of i/p & valve positioner, air filter regulator, etc. & its calibration. bonnet gasket to be replaced with new (unit rate to be quoted per inch of valve size) , welding & machining of valve (inch of valve size) , lapping of control valves: lapping & testing with water / air & arresting of seat leakage within the permissible limit as per valve data sheet or as per requirement (unit rate to be quoted per inch of valve size) , cage grinding & polishing (unit rate to be quoted per inch of valve size) , removal from line and installation of the valve into the pipe line for globe valves, butterfly valves ,shutoff valves/on-off valves/shutdown valves& ball valves (unit rate to be quoted per inch of valve size). , stelliting at seat contact of valve plug and seat (rate to be quoted as per inch of valves size) , online servicing of control valve which includes servicing & calibration of valve positioner / smart positioner (parts replacement not covered) & i/p converter, stem greasing, servicing of filter regulator, relays and stroke checking - for all type valves & actuator. , disassembly of actuators (including piston cylinder actuators), cleaning of parts, greesing, reassembly, testing of joints, testing and calibration of actuators, servicing, cleaning and calibration of positioners / smart positioners (parts replacement not covered), i/p & air filter regulator (for globe / butterfly valves) (unit rate to be quoted per inch of valve size) , for 8 to 10 , for 4 to 6 , for 2 to 3 , removal of level gauges (reflex / magnetic) from the flanges / union of the vessels . cleaning of the gauges and the refitting the same. if any leakage found after taking in line, the same should be rectified by the contractor.( unit rate to be quoted per gauge glass). , same as item 120 but for pvc flanges/valves,cocks (unit rate to be quoted per guage glass) , level switches & transmitters : dropping the level switches & transmitters from the vessel / standpipe, removal of floats, cleaning of transmitters / switches cage inside & outside, hydro testing. after hydro testing, refitting of floats & flanges & calibration thereafter. (unit rate to be quoted per no.) , size : up to 3 , size : 4 to 6 , size : 8 to 12 , size : 14 and above , assembling & dismantling of scaffolding as per requirement (rate per cubic meter) (scaffolding material shall be provided by ongc) , valve transportation charges to and fro (unit rate to be quoted per consignment) : , 2 1/2 , 3 , 4 , 6 , 8 to 12 , 14 to 20 , 22and above
