tender for cutting/clearing of unwanted growth of vegetation i.e. grass, wild bushes & shrubs etc. by mechanical means including dumping of this unwanted growth by excavating small pits at site and filling the top of pits with excavated soil including dressing of surface all complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge. note: - 1. dumping charges (if any) and cost of required equipments as mentioned above are included in the item and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 2. penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory cleaning in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement. 3. any challan issued from mcd, cpcb, ngt etc. for non cleaning/dumped garbage etc. shall be borne by the agency/contractor at his own construction 4. gps photographs of the site after cleaning to be submitted to engineer-in-charge on every cleaning day , manual sweeping/cleaning of all type of parking area , open space etc. by deputing environmental assistants alongwith supervisors with all necessary and safety equipments including collection and disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. note: - 1. dumping charges (if any) and cost of required equipments as mentioned above are included in the item and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 2. penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory cleaning in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement. 3. any challan issued from mcd, cpcb, ngt etc. for non cleaning/dumped garbage etc. shall be borne by the agency/contractor at his own construction 4. gps photographs of the site after cleaning to be submitted to engineer-in-charge on every cleaning day , disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. note 1. the rate is inclusive of collection of scattered garbage/malba etc. , segregation of solid waste as per condition of dumping site/processing plant, disposal of solid waste at dumping site i/c dumping charge if any. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-chrage. 2. any challan issued from mcd, cpcb, ngt etc. for non cleaning/dumped garbage etc. shall be borne by the agency/contractor at his own construction , providing & sprinkling of water as per mitigation measure to control dust pollution as per cpcb guideline on kaccha ground by water tanker (capacity 5000 ltr. ) with conventional sprinkler including the cost of driver, water, fuel and other consumables complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. agency will have to submit gps photographs of the site during water sprinkling for which nothing extra shall be payable. note: - 1. penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non-satisfactory compliance, in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement. 2. the sprinkler may be required to be deployed at site on short notice (within 24 hours) or as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 3. any challan from mcd, cpcb etc. issued for non-sprinkling of water shall be paid by the agency/contractor at his own construction , total =7,932,438.84 , after multiplying gst factor of 0.973= 7,718,262.99 , after multiplying gst factor of 0.973= 7,718,262.99
