procurement and stacking of flood fighting materials (ffm) for emergent use on river bank of damodar (r/b) darakeswar (l/b) and dev-khal under the jurisdiction of seharabazar (1) sub division of damodar canal division for the year 2025-26- 1 supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) ingood condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. allcomplete (capacity 50 kg). 2 supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm.diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (dia. to be measured at midlength). 3 supplying nylon cage netting 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre size withknot having mesh size 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm constructed with nylonthread (210 x 24) having tensile strength not less than 250 kg. / sq.cm. including carriage, delivery and stacking at site inclusive of alltaxes complete 4 earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments,repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile includingsupply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any othermechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloadingand stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary anddepositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions inrequisite profile, levelling as per direction of the engineer-in-charge within a lead ofc) beyond 2.00 km and upto 3.00 km.for compensation for earth for land owned and arranged by contractor add rs.25.00 per m³ extra over rate of e/w for land owned / arranged by the department .royalty charge on earth @ rs.29.00 per m³& cesses charge @ rs.5.30 per m³ as per govt. notification which will be paid on production of necessary documents in support of payment made towards the royalties.
