bids are invited for supply and erection of following material against replacement/installation/laying of item/erection of material as per respo drawings/estimate. work includes all cartage/carriage(store to site), t&p, commissioning and any other work which is required for completion of work. as per respo norms.(qty will be + - 50%) , st pole 11 mtr / pcc pole 8.5 mtr , line materials material i.e. conductor, g.i. wire tpmo, stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, angle channel and other required. , replacement of damaged pcc /stp pole by opening of all existing accessories from damaged pole properly and removal of damaged pole and erect the new pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories on the new pole etc. as per direction of executive engineer. it including the cost of all labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. , replacement of pcc/stp duoble pole by opening of all existing accessories, t/f from damaged double pole properly and removal of damaged poles and erection of new double pole at same place including fixing of all existing accessories on the new double pole etc. as per direction of executive engineer. it including the cost of all labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. , removal of existing acsr weasel/dog/raccon conductor from damaged line/pole including opening of jumpers etc as per requirement of site and as per direction of executive engineer. , removal of arial bunch conductor existing conductor from damaged line/pole including opening of jumpers etc as per requirement of site and as per direction of executive engineer. , installation and grouting of 11 kv stay set with nuzzling etc. as per respo norms. , earthing of poles by fixing earthing rods and binding with earth wire as per respo norms. , dismantling & re-installation of consumer’s lt cable service connection from existing line feeding consumer supply. , laying of acsr weasel/raccon conductor in 11 kv/ht/lt lines including its sagging, stringing, jumpering and binding as per respo manual or as per direction of executive engineer. , dismantling of old line/conductor due to errected new line/conductor from the various area in the respective j.e.’s (store) as per direction of supervising engineer. , re-sagging, binding & jumpering of loose 11 kv./ht/lt line as per direction of executive engineer. , re-nuzzling of old stay set by opening old binding for better straightening of pole and re-sag the existing conductor of h.t/l.t line properly as per direction of supervising engineer. , straightening of tilted pole at various places by straightening of pole including the cost of labour ,t&p charges required for proper completion of work. , chopping of tree branches to clear the line route to give horizontal and vertical clearance to the line including cost of labour t&p etc. , repairing/ resagging/ new guarding of ht/lt line with gi wire as per respo norms. , replacement of following broken/damaged/missing accessories by new accessories including opening of the same and refixing. , lt line jumper , 11 kv pin insulator , 11 kv disc insulator , 11 kv x-arm clamp, f clamp, dp clamp, lt pin clamp etc. , cross arms holding clamps , stays clamp , back carriage of old/damage materials from from pit site to j.e store anepur .including the cost of arrangement of labour, t&p, carrier etc.
